1. Ordering and Customer Accounts
1.1. Products can be ordered from the Futuremovieshop Oy online store without creating a customer account.
Customers may register and create a customer account if they wish. When registering, the customer provides the information required by the online store, such as name, address, email address and other information necessary for processing orders.
1.2. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct and up to date.
1.3. The customer is responsible for keeping their login details and password secure.

2. Orders and Order Confirmation
2.1. An order is placed when the customer confirms the order in the online store.
2.2. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
2.3. The customer should check the details of the order confirmation and notify Futuremovieshop Oy of any errors as soon as possible by email:

3. Prices
3.1. Consumer prices shown in the online store include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2. The current price of a product is shown on the product page and in the shopping cart before the order is confirmed.
3.3. Shipping costs are added according to the selected shipping method and are shown before the order is confirmed.
3.4. Futuremovieshop Oy reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or typographical errors in the online store. If such an error affects an order that has already been placed, the customer will be contacted before further processing of the order.
4. Delivery
4.1. The estimated delivery time within Finland is normally 1–5 business days.
Estimated international delivery times are:

4.2. If the estimated delivery time for a product differs significantly from the normal delivery time, this will be stated on the product page.
4.3. If an order contains products with different delivery times, the order will normally be shipped together according to the longest stated delivery time.
4.4. Estimated release dates for pre-order products are shown on the product page. Release dates may change due to the manufacturer, publisher, distributor or supplier.
4.5. Available shipping methods and shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
4.6. Online orders may also be collected from the Futuremovieshop Oy store once the customer has received confirmation that the order is ready for pickup.

5. Payments
5.1. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
5.2. Payment services are provided by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) together with Finnish banks, credit institutions and other payment service providers.
Payments are processed through Paytrail Oyj's payment service according to the payment method selected by the customer.
5.3. Futuremovieshop Oy does not normally store customers' full payment card details.
6. Cancellations and Returns
6.1. Consumers have a statutory right of cancellation where required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Futuremovieshop Oy provides a 30-day return and exchange period for eligible products purchased from the online store.
6.2. Returned products must be unused and in resalable condition.
6.3. The right of cancellation and return does not apply to sealed audio or video recordings, including DVD, Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD and CD products, once the seal or protective packaging has been opened.
6.4. Before returning a product, the customer must submit a cancellation or return request using the cancellation function available in the online store or contact Futuremovieshop Oy customer service:

7. Defective, Incorrect or Transport-Damaged Products
7.1. If a customer receives a defective, incorrect or transport-damaged product, the customer should contact Futuremovieshop Oy customer service:

9. Force Majeure
Futuremovieshop Oy is not liable for delays or damage caused by circumstances that are reasonably unforeseeable and beyond Futuremovieshop Oy's control.
Such circumstances may include, for example, actions by public authorities, industrial disputes, exceptional transport disruptions, serious telecommunications failures, natural disasters or other similar events beyond reasonable control.
Futuremovieshop Oy will inform the customer of such circumstances without undue delay where reasonably possible.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions and purchases made between Futuremovieshop Oy and consumers are governed by Finnish law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights granted to the customer under applicable law.
