Conditions of use
1. Registration
1.1. To make an order, the customer needs to be registered. When placing the first order:
a) the customer needs to register into Futuremovieshop´s customer file and give required information. (Name, address, e-mail and information of delivered orders.)
b) The customer allows Futuremovieshop Oy to register above information to its customer file. Futuremovieshop Oy´s customer information is confidential and is not given to external partners.
1.2. The customer needs to be careful while making orders from Futuremovieshop Oy´s web trade.
2. The validity of an order
2.1. Futuremovieshop Oy and customer can conmmunicate by e-mail. The customer commits to keep an eye on his/her e-mail to notice the incoming order confirmation.
2.2. The firm sales contract will come into force when Futuremovieshop Oy has sent an order confirmation.
2.3. The customer is allowed to cancel the full order or parts of it before delivery. The cancellation can be made by e-mail info@futuremovieshop.fi The delivery has taken place when the customer has received at least a part of the delivery, or has received the notice that the goods are ready to collect from the post office.
2.4. After customer has made an order, Futuremovieshop Oy can not change the conditions of agreement.
3. Prices
3.1. All prices do include VAT 24%, except outside EU coutries. The current prices are shown at Futuremovieshop Oy´s web trade. The current price is shown in euros (EUR).
4. Delivery
4.1. The delivery time for goods is 3-32 workdays. The delivery time is confirmed by an order confirmation.
4.2. If the customer definitely needs to get the product by a certain date, this must be clearly communicated to Futuremovieshop Oy for in advance (for example when placing an order). Futuremovieshop Oy is doing its best to meet reasonable expectations regarding to delivery date.
4.3. If the customer is ordering products with different delivery times, the full order will be delivered according to the longest one.
4.4. All deliveries will be made through Finnish Post, Fedex, Deutsche Post , DHL or UPS, unless something else has not agreed between the customer and Futuremovieshop Oy.
5. Terms of Payment
5.1. Payment Service Provider
The payment service is provided by Verifone Finland Oy (0943819-9). Verifone Finland Oy is a payment institution authorized by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment transactions are carried out in Verifone Finland Oy’s secure and protected payment environment. For the most common online banking, card, and other payments, Verifone Finland Oy will appear as the payee on your account statement and any card bills, as Verifone Finland Oy forwards the payment to the merchant. For other payment methods, Verifone Finland Oy acts as the intermediary of payment transaction information, in which case the recipient shown will be Futuremovieshop Oy.

Security of online payments
We use a secure SSL-encrypted connection when handling credit card and other order information. We do not store credit card information in our systems; instead, it is processed and stored in Verifone’s secure PCI DSS-certified system.
6. Returnings
6.1. The customer is allowed to return unused goods within 30 days from receiving them, excluding the receiving day. The product have to be in the same condition than it was when the customer received.
6.2. The customer has to advise Futuremovieshop Oy BEFORE returning by e-mail, info@futuremovieshop.fi to get the further instructions. When Futuremovieshop Oy has received the product, the price of the product (excluding the postage) will be returned promptly.
7. Transport damages
7.1. Sometimes the cases might damage during the transport despite the careful packaging. If the package is damaged during the transport (and also the goods inside the package are damaged), contact our customer service by e-mail info@futuremovieshop.fi to arrange a delivery of new product.
8. Claim
8.1. If the customer receives a wrong product or product is damaged etc. the customer has to inform Futuremovieshop Oy about this within a reasonable time by e-mail info@futuremovieshop.fi. The faulty delivery can be returned without postage according to Futuremovieshop Oy´s instructions (art. 6). The claim/advise by e-mail has to be made BEFORE returning. When Futuremovieshop Oy has received the product, the price of the product (including the postage) will be returned promptly.
9. Force majeure
9.1. Futuremovieshop Oy is not responsible if the delivery is delayed or can not be made because of factors Futuremovieshop Oy has no influence. This kind of factors are war, catastrophe, export- or import bans, decisions of authorities, strike or other factors which averts Futuremovieshop Oy´s activities.
10. Disagreements
10.1. Disagreements caused by this trade agreement are solved according to Finnish law.
