If the estimated delivery time for a product differs significantly from the above, this will be stated on the product page.
If an order contains products with different delivery times, the order will normally be shipped together according to the longest stated delivery time.
Pre-order release dates are estimates and may change due to the manufacturer, distributor or supplier.
Available shipping methods and shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Payment is made in advance using the payment methods available at checkout.
All prices shown include applicable VAT where required. VAT and other tax treatment may vary depending on the destination country.
Customers under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before placing an order.

Orders can be collected during store opening hours once you have received confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
Returns
Eligible products purchased from our online store have a 30-day return and exchange period.
Returned products must be unused and in resalable condition.
The right of cancellation and return does not apply to sealed audio or video recordings, including DVD, Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD and CD products, once the seal or protective packaging has been opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Despite careful packaging, products may occasionally be damaged during transport.
If your order contains a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service:
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the damaged product and packaging.
