On July 28, 1976, a devastating earthquake strikes the Chinese city of Tangshan, claiming more than 240,000 lives and leaving countless families shattered by tragedy.
Director Feng Xiaogang's powerful historical drama explores the destruction caused by the disaster and the decades of painful recovery that follow.
