A24's Backrooms brings the nightmarish world born from the internet phenomenon to 4K Ultra HD in an impressive DigiPack edition.

After a therapist's patient disappears into a mysterious dimension beyond reality, she must enter the unknown herself to save him. What awaits is a world where familiar spaces become an endless and oppressive maze – and the rules of reality can no longer be trusted.

Written and directed by Kane Parsons, the 2026 supernatural sci-fi horror film stars Chiwetel Ejiofor, Renate Reinsve, Mark Duplass, Finn Bennett, Lukita Maxwell and Avan Jogia.

A24's 4K release presents the film in Native 4K (2160p) with Dolby Vision and HDR10, accompanied by a Dolby Atmos soundtrack. The release comes in a DigiPack housed in a slipbox, featuring inner artwork and an included collectible item.
