Herbert West and his reluctant sidekick Dr. Cain return for another outrageous round of bringing the dead back to life – this time with an even more ambitious and grotesque experiment.

West convinces Cain to help him rebuild Cain's late girlfriend, using her preserved brain together with body parts obtained from the local hospital. What follows is a bloody, darkly comic horror variation on the classic Bride of Frankenstein concept.

Directed by Brian Yuzna, the 1990 horror sci-fi comedy stars Jeffrey Combs, Bruce Abbott, Claude Earl Jones, Fabiana Udenio, David Gale and Kathleen Kinmont.

Ignite Films' release includes two cuts of the film. The 4K presentation features Native 4K (2160p) with Dolby Vision and HDR10, together with three English audio options. The R-rated cut is included in HD.
