Truck driver Martin "Rubber Duck" Penwald finds himself at odds with the abusive Sheriff Lyle Wallace. What begins as a personal feud soon escalates into a nationwide movement as truckers from across the country join together in a massive convoy to protest corruption and abuse of power.
