Rich and Famous / Tragic Hero Limited Edition Blu ray

Tuotekuvaus:

Two classics of Hong Kong gangster cinema in one release! Rich and Famous / Tragic Hero (1987) brings together two crime dramas directed by Taylor Wong, starring legendary Hong Kong actors Chow Yun-Fat, Andy Lau and Alex Man.

Rich and Famous (1987) takes viewers into the dangerous criminal underworld of Hong Kong, where power, money and loyalty shape the lives of those involved.

The film explores complicated relationships within the gangster world, where friendships are tested and personal decisions can have devastating consequences.

In an environment dominated by criminal organisations and shifting loyalties, survival depends on knowing whom to trust.

Tragic Hero (1987) continues the story of the same characters and their involvement in Hong Kong's criminal underworld.

Conflicts between gangsters, events from the past and changing relationships of power lead to further confrontations.

Together, the two films combine the action, dramatic storytelling and morally complicated characters associated with classic 1980s Hong Kong crime cinema.

Directed by Taylor Wong, Rich and Famous and Tragic Hero offer an engaging double feature from the golden era of Hong Kong gangster films.

The cast includes Chow Yun-Fat, Andy Lau, Alex Man, Carina Lau, Danny Lee and Siu-Fung Wong.

This UK Eureka Entertainment Eureka Classics Blu-ray release presents both films in 1080p high definition with their original 1.85:1 aspect ratio.

The two-disc edition includes Cantonese LPCM mono audio, an English LPCM 2.0 soundtrack and English subtitles.

A collectible booklet and interior cover artwork are included, with a slipcover supplied in the original pressing.

An excellent double feature for fans of Chow Yun-Fat, Andy Lau and classic Hong Kong gangster cinema!
