A newly married couple travelling through the countryside stop at an isolated castle to visit relatives. Upon arrival, they discover that the castle's owners have recently died under mysterious circumstances.

As night falls, strange events begin to unfold. The castle is inhabited by mysterious figures, bizarre rituals take place in the shadows and the dead do not appear to stay buried for long. Before long, the young couple finds themselves trapped in a seductive and terrifying world ruled by vampires.
